Each set comes with everything you need to apply your nails like a pro! The kit includes a file, buffer, handmade organic cuticle oil, alcohol wipe, sticker tabs, micro brush, cuticle pusher, and glue to ensure a flawless application.

What if I’m a Returning Customer?
If you’ve ordered from me before and know your sizes (or I have them on file), feel free to order any set. Just remember, if you’re looking for a different shape or length, a new sizing chart will be needed, as each style may fit differently.

What Materials Do You Use?
I use soft gel nail tips (not plastic) for maximum durability. Depending on the design, I sometimes add a layer of builder gel for extra strength. My gel polish is high-quality, curing under a UV nail lamp for a smooth, long-lasting finish.

What If I Don’t Know My Size?
If you’re unsure about your size, I highly recommend purchasing my sizing chart before ordering a set! Sizing can vary by brand, so it’s important to measure carefully. Please be aware I’m not responsible for incorrect measurements. If you’re between sizes, I suggest choosing the bigger one and filing the sides for a perfect fit.

Shipping & Processing Time
As most sets are made to order and handmade with love, please allow 1-7 days for processing. I ship via USPS and am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they’re out of my hands.

Due to hygienic reasons, I cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be sure to double-check everything before placing your order.

Colors and designs may vary slightly due to monitor differences. Since each set is handmade, I strive for the perfect look every time. If there’s an issue with your order, I’ll be in touch before shipping. Don’t forget to test the cuticle oil before full use—ingredients include coconut oil and jojoba oil!

Nail Care Tips
Nails are jewels, not tools! To ensure longevity, please avoid using water, lotion, or oils before applying your nails. Once applied, avoid soaking your hands in water for at least 30 minutes to an hour for best results.

Need a replacement? Send me a message! Replacement nails are available for a fee of $5-$10 + shipping.
